退款政策

Cancellation

You may cancel the order within 7 days after receiving your order if you are not satisfied with it for any reason. A full refund will be processed once the cancellation order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to deny the cancellation request and order can be returned to us in accordance with our Return Policy. Please email to cs@bonjourglobal.com.hk to request the order cancellation.

Return

All returns must be followed by our Return policy and procedures.

  1. All returns should be sent back in the original packing provided in unused, un-opened and in re-saleable condition.
  2. We aimed at customers who have experienced and purchased the products either its use of the skincare or color of makeup.
  3. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless we sent wrong or damaged items.
  4. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
  5. All returns must be returned with tracking number
  6. After we received your return and check, the full refund will be processed by the payment gateway which you paid
  7. If you need any assistance email to cs@bonjourglobal.com.hk 

Important note:

  1. You must return the order to the return address provided along our return authorization. Otherwise you may not receive any refund.
  2. Filling in a RMA form is a must. Please email to cs@bonjourglobal.com.hk for the return authorization and the return shipping address. 
  3. We strongly suggest to send the return parcel with a trusted courier or shipping agent as we will not be covering any damages or loss during transit. We reserve the right to refuse return or to offer partial refunds for items returned if it is in an unsatisfactory conditions.
